Dedicated and experienced, having worked as a pastoral leader for 25 years and as a herbal practitioner for 10 years. Having both administrative and herbal experience, they are skilled at creating and guiding missioner groups, encouraging spiritual development, running successful outreach initiatives, and—above all—using herbs to heal the sick.
Relevant Coursework: Advanced Bible studies, the establishment of missionary churches, pastoral care, leadership in the ministry, community outreach tactics, and herbal therapy and counselling.
ABILITY: growth of leadership. Missioner Community systems. Recruitment of Volunteers. Cooperation within the team. Community Engagement. Restoring. speaking in front of an audience. theological education. Planning a program.
WORK EXPERIENCE AS LEAD PASTOR.
Build and preserve a solid rapport with volunteers and church employees, which will boost morale and collaboration. effectively and responsibly oversaw the church's finances and budget. successfully interacted with ministry partners to create a strong and varied resource network.
The Ghana Christian Herbal Doctors Association (GHACHDA) is association established in Volta Region, Ghana through the effort of Megah fire Clergy council founded by Arch-bishop Dr. Fredrick Attatsitse in the year 2020 but not registered. Arch-bishop Fredrick Attatsitse is a herbal practitioner and licensed by traditional medicine practitioners council (TMPC).
In the year 2024 we realized it will not be appropriate if the association is operating without registered in the country, therefore we registered the organization with Registrar General and issued a valid operating certificate.
GHACHDA is ready and willing to affiliate with other associations.
2. THE NAME
a. The association shall be known and called Ghana Christian Herbal Doctors Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association).
b. The Association shall be registered in Ghana with its headquarters in Accra.
3. AIM

4. OBJECTIVES
The association's duties will include
a. To create bylaws and regulations pertaining to membership registration applications, training, and member monitoring in compliance with the Traditional Medicine Practice Council Act 575 (2000) and other pertinent legislation pertaining to traditional medicine practices.
b. To assist in bringing together various types of Christian herbal doctors under one roof, including: i. Herbalists; ii. Faith Healers; iii. Bone Setters; and vi. Dealers of raw herbal materials. vii. Traditional Medicinal Plant Growers. viii. Manufacturers, distributors, physicians, etc.
c. To support and encourage communities for herbal treatment and prayer gatherings which includes healing and deliverance.
e. To encourage extensive research work to discover new and more effective treatment, cure and management of diseases.
f. To establish research centers, herbal clinics/outlet (stores) in district throughout the country which shall be manned by qualified personnel.
g. To assist practitioners to document their work and discoveries.
h. To collaborate with the universities and other research institutions in Ghana and abroad towards research endeavours.
i. For crusade, evangelism and prayer camp meeting for proper screening to individual in need of healing in the society.
j. Donation of packages to Orphanage homes.
k. Educating and advising youths in various communities on issues pertaining to health.
5. MEMBERSHIP/REGISTRATION
a. Membership shall be opened to all genuine
traditional healers in Ghana.
b. The association shall register all qualified applicants as members at district, regional and National level throughout the country.
c. There shall be a technical committee at District, Regional and National levels to vet the applicant.
d. Each qualified applicant shall be recommended by the technical committee for registration by the executive committee.
e. Triplicate membership application forms of the association shall be obtained from each district office at a predetermined price by the National Executive Board. The duplicate and triplicate forms shall be forwarded to the regional and National Secretariats respectively.
6. MEMBERSHIP, IDENTITY CARDS AND CERTIFICATES.
a. The National Executive Board shall be responsible for the printing of all Documents of the association.
b. Membership cards, identity cards and certificates shall be issued to members at district level throughout the country at a fee to be determined by the National Executive Board.
7. RENEWALS
a. The association shall renew all renewable documents for members annually.
b. All such documents shall be renewed in January of each year at National level.
8. ORGANIZATION OF THE ASSOCIATION
The association shall operate at three levels namely, National executive board, Regional and District.
a. THE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD
The association shall have a national executive board composed of the following:

b. THE REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The association shall have a regional executive composed of the following.

8. Assistant Welfare Officer
9. Organizer
10. Assistant Organizer

c. THE DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Association shall have a District Executive Committee Made Up of the Same Officers at the Regional Executive Committee.
9. QUALIFICATIONS OF NATIONAL /REGIONAL/DISTRICT EXECUTIVE
a. The person must be a Ghanaian
b. The person must be above (25) years except for President and Vice President of national Executive Board, for which the person must be forty years and above.
c. The person must be a traditional medicine practitioner for more than five (5) years in the association with the exception of the president and vice president for which the person must have more than ten (10) years' of good standing.
d. The Executive members may be literate.
e. The President must have served for at least one term on the National Executive Board in other capacities.
10. DUTIES OF THE NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND DISTRICT EXECUTIVE BOARD/COMMITTEES
The National, Regional and District Executive Board/Committees shall have the following
powers and responsibilities.
a. To administer the affairs of the association according to the contents of this constitution.
b. To represent the association in all legal suits, governmental and other relevant issues.
d. To help in the establishment of arboreta and herbaria.
e. The National Executive Board shall monitor and supervise the Regional Executive committees, whilst the regional executive committees shall monitor and supervise the district executive committees.
f. The National Executive Board shall determine the other duties of the committees in addition to those stated in this constitution.
11. MEETINGS OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD/COMMITTEES
a. The Executive Board/Committees shall meet for the discharge of business at such times and places as the President/Chairman may determine but shall meet not less than once per quarter.
b. The President/Chairman shall on the request of not less than half the membership of the executive board/committees convene an emergency meeting at such times and places as he or she may determine in consultation with the General Secretary /secretary.
c. The President/Chairman, shall preside at every meeting and in his/her absence, his or her vice.
d. In the absence of sub section (c) above any member present at the meeting may otherwise be elected to act, and shall preside.
e. The President/Chairman, shall at all times conduct meetings democratically.
f. The President/Chairman at all times shall treat each speaker with equitable respect and dignity and shall not be prejudicial against any views expressed at meetings.
g. The quorum at every meeting shall not be less than half of the membership.
h. Subject to any other provision of this constitution, all proposals at a meeting shall be determined by voting of simple majority of the members present, when the votes are equal, the President/Chairman or the person presiding shall have a casting vote.
i. The validity of any act of proceedings of the executives board/committees shall not be affected by any vacancy among its members or any defect in the appointment of a member thereof.
j. Subject to other provisions of this constitution, the National Executive Board may regulate its own procedure.
12. CO-OPTION
The executive board/committees may co-opt any person to be present at its meetings and such persons shall not have a vote.
13. MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD/COMMITTEES MEETINGS.
The General Secretary/secretary shall be responsible for taking minutes at the board/committees meetings.
16. TERMS OF OFFICE
a. Subject to the provisions of this constitution all elected officers of executive board/committee shall hold office for two (2) years but shall be eligible for re- election for another two years term except the president but the two years term policy will be changed to four years along the line.
b. The office of any member who shall be absent from meetings without permission for three consecutive time, shall have his/her position deemed vacant at the end of such period or through appointment.
17. RESIGNATION
Any officer desiring to resign his/her post shall give a three (3) months' notice in advance of his/her intended resignation.
18. FILLING OF VACANCIES
In the event of death, resignation or removal from office of a member or where the office of a member becomes vacant, bye-election shall be held to fill the vacancy. Such vacancies shall be filled within three (3) months.
19. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
a. In the event of a member committing an offence a three-member committee of enquiry may be appointed by the executive board/committee to investigate and execute the necessary action.
b. A member shall be removed from office subject to report and recommendation of the disciplinary committees, if he/she is found to have.
i. Embezzled funds i.e. misappropriation of the association funds.
ii. Persistent disruptive behavior at meetings or any misconduct which can tarnish the image of the Association. Absent himself/herself from meetings for three (3) consecutive times without permission.
iii. Being rendered or declared invalid through ill health i.e. any physical disability which renders him/her invalid for the rest of his life or develop any severe psychological instability.
iv. Without authority, used the name of the association for his/her personal gains.
Two third (2/3) majority vote of the executive board/committee, patrons and & 4 advisors.
(2) PATRONS AND ADVISORS
The executive board/committee shall have the powers to appoint patrons, advisors and any other relevant positions as may be determined. COMMITTEES
a. The executive board/committees may appoint permanent and ad-choc committees composed of members and or non-members.
Every committee shall be chaired by a member of the executive board/committee. The terms of reference, venue and time for the meeting by the committee or committees shall be determined by the executive board/committee.
b. Among the committees shall be 1. Planning and implementation committee
2. Disciplinary committee
3. Research and Training Committee
4. Registration Committee
5. Finance Committee etc.
6. Welfare Committee etc
(21) CONGRESSES OF THE ASSOCIATION
National Congress
There shall be an annual national congress which shall be the highest decision making body of the Association.
The Congress shall be organized by the National Executive Board and attended by
i. All National Executive Members.
ii. Three regional Executive Members
iii. One representative from each district.
3. The President shall Chair the congress
4. The congress shall have the overall responsibility to review and approve the work of the national executive board.
5. The congress shall be held in Third week in November.
1. REGIONAL CONGRESS
i. Not more than two months before national congress every region shall hold a regional congress, this is the highest decision-making body at the regional level and it will be attended by.
ii. All regional executives
iii. District executives
2. The congress shall be chaired by a national executive member.
3. The congress shall perform functions at the regional level similar to those of the national congress and any other function assigned to it by the national executive board.
c. DISTRICT CONGRESS
1. District congress shall be held not more than two months before the regional congress. It shall be attended by all members of the association in the district of good standing.
2. The congress shall be chaired by regional executive members.
3. The congress shall perform functional at the district level similar to those of the regional congress in addition to other function assigned to it by the regional executive committee.
(22) ELECTION
a. Election shall be held every two years at the National, Regional and District Congresses. The election shall be by secret ballot conducted with the assistance of the National Electoral Commission /Labour Commission.
b. Officers shall be elected by a simple majority.
c. An election committee shall be set up to receive nominations and vet candidate one month before election.
d. Each position shall be contested by not more than three nominees.
(23) DUES AND DONATIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION
a. The association shall collect dues which shall be determined by the National executive board/committees at the district level.
b. Levies: levies shall be collected at the district level for project as determined by the national executive board/committee.
c. Donation: The association may, receive donations, grants from government, benevolent societies, NGOs and individuals.
(24) WELFARE OF ASSOCIATION MEMBERS
The association shall seek the general welfare of the members.
The association may have welfare funds at the national, regional and district levels. The welfare committee shall be in charge of the funds, they shall be charged to organize fund raising etc.
(25) BANK ACCOUNT
1. The association shall operate a bank account in the name of the association at National Secretariat but along when the association is developed it will be in district, regional and national secretariats respectively.
2. All monies received in the name of the association shall be paid into the association's bank account.
3. The signatories shall be the president, and any of the following; financial secretary and the treasure.
(26) STATIONERY/DOCUMENT
The National Headquarters of the Association shall be responsible for the printing and distribution to the association. Regional and District secretariat.
(27) SEAL, LOGO AND STAMP
a. Association shall have a seal in which its name and registered number shall be engraved. The seal shall be in the custody of the president. The seal shall be used in the presence of either the president, the vice president or the general secretary.
b. LOGO: The association shall have a logo on which its name shall be engraved. The logo of the association shall be Ghana flag with a tree, a bible, eagle, bible scripture, the colour of the leaves on the tree shall be green, the stem shall be drawned and in addition the name of the association shall be engraved around.
c. STAMP: The association shall have a uniformed, official stamp to be used by all district, regional and national secretariats.
d. The ACRONYM of the Association shall be GHACHDA.
(28) ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP CARDS
The association shall issue a membership card to all her members throughout the country bearing the association's seal, logo and stamp.
(29) EXPIRY AND RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Each membership card shall expire on the 31st December of every year and renewal shall commence from 1st January each year at the district level through the regional and national secretariats.
(30) NEUTRALITY
The Association shall remain neutral in all her deliberations and be neither tribal, political or religious etc.
(31) BILLBOARDS AND SIGNBOARDS
The Association shall have billboards/signboard well erected at vintage points in all district, regional and national secretariat.
All signboards/billboards shall be uniformed with the associations name boldly printed in block letters alongside the logo.
(33) BYE-LAWS AND REGULATIONS
The Association shall formulate its bye-laws and regulations
Any member who violates any of the bye-laws shall be sanctioned.
(34) AMENDMENTS
The Constitution shall be subject to amendments by 2/3 majority of the members of the National Congress Present.
A written notice of any amendment in the constitution should be given to the National Executive Board not less than 3 months before the congress.
